We would like to hear from you, especially if you have spotted something that is out of date. Opening hours, ticket prices, season dates and rules in the UAE change often, and reader reports are one of the most useful ways we keep every guide accurate. This page explains how to reach the UAE Cue Editorial Team, what to include in your message, and what we can and cannot help with.
Email the editorial team
The best way to reach us is by email: uaecue.com@gmail.com. One inbox handles corrections, suggestions, advertising and press enquiries, and privacy requests. Please use a clear subject line, such as “Correction: Creek Park hours” or “Suggestion: new park in Sharjah”, so your message reaches the right person quickly.
We read every message. We aim to reply within a few working days, and corrections that affect safety or a closure are checked first. During busy periods, such as the start of the winter season or the run-up to a public holiday, replies may take a little longer.
Reporting a correction
If a price, opening hour, date, rule or closure on UAE Cue is wrong or out of date, please include:
- The page: a link to the guide or its title.
- What has changed: for example a new ticket price, new opening hours, a temporary closure, a moved entrance or a new rule.
- Your source: ideally a link to the official website, an official social media post or an announcement. A photo of a sign or price board at the venue is also helpful.
- When you saw it: the date of your visit or of the announcement.
We check every report against the official source before changing a guide. When the change is confirmed, we update the page, its “Last checked” date and, on seasonal pages, the update log. You can read how we handle corrections in our editorial policy.
Suggesting a place or topic
Know a beach, park, trail, museum or seasonal event we have not covered yet? Tell us what it is, where it is and why it is worth a visit. We prioritise places that many readers are looking for and topics where current information is hard to find. We cover outings and leisure across all seven emirates; we do not write guides to visas, government services, fines or transport passes.
Venues, operators and organisers
If you run an attraction, park, event or tour and your information has changed, please email us with a link to your official announcement or price list. We are happy to correct facts quickly. Please note that we do not accept payment, free tickets or hospitality in return for coverage, and we do not let any business review or approve a guide before publication.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising enquiries, email us with “Advertising” in the subject line. Advertising on UAE Cue is always kept separate from our guides, and advertisers have no influence over what we write. We do not sell links, guest posts or placements inside our guides. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled.
Press and media
Journalists and researchers are welcome to contact us with “Press” in the subject line. If you quote a UAE Cue guide, please credit UAE Cue and link to the page. Our terms of use explain how our content may be used.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights.
What we cannot help with
- Bookings, tickets and refunds: we do not sell tickets or take bookings. Contact the venue or the platform you booked with.
- Lost property and complaints about a visit: contact the attraction or operator directly through its official channels.
- Visas, government services and fines: contact the relevant UAE authority through its official website or app.
- Emergencies: if you or someone else is in danger, call 999 for the police, 998 for an ambulance or 997 for the fire service. Do not email us.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in the guides themselves. Each guide has an at-a-glance box with prices, hours and the date we last checked them, and most have a questions section at the end. For dates that are not yet announced, such as a festival’s next season or an Eid holiday, our status pages say “not yet announced” and are updated as soon as official dates are confirmed.
How we use your message
We use your email address and message only to reply to you and, if you send a correction, to update our guides. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with attractions or advertisers. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as identity numbers or payment details. Emails are kept only as long as we need them, as explained in our privacy policy.
